Pepi’s apartments



If you like a bit of freedom while you’re on vacation our holiday flats might just be the perfect accommodation for you: absolute independence and flexibility in your travel plans. Each flat is equipped with a variety of facilities including a TV set, telephone, safe, hairdryer, towels, toiletries and bed sheets. In addition, we offer plenty of amenities such as a lift and private parking. We also have two flats specially adapted to meet the needs of people with disabilities.

All prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax* amounting to € 2.50 per person (aged 14 and over) per day. The tax does not apply to children up to 14 years.
*Mandatory tourist tax as required by law (legge provinciale del 16/05/2012, n. 9).



Extras/Reduction:
• additional fee for dogs: € 12.00 per day (please note that we need to know in advance if you’re travelling with a dog)



All holiday flats are equipped with the following:
• TV, telephone, safe
• hairdryer, towels, toiletries,
• bed sheets
• sofa (apartments 1, 3, 4)
• fully equipped kitchen including tea towels
• kettle, moka pot espresso-maker and electric coffee-maker
• electric hotplate, extractor fan
• balcony or terrace with seating
• dishwasher and oven (type 4 apartments only)
• Salt, pepper and sugar are available free of charge


Arrival and departure:
• check-in from 14:00
• check-out by 10:00


Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00 every morning:
• guests aged 14 and over: € 14.00/day
• guests aged 7-13: € 8.00/day
• guests aged 3-6: € 5.00/day


Good to know:
• One free car parking space is available per room
• Only the purest, most pristine drinking water from nearby mountain springs comes out of our taps. No need to buy still water!
• For the sake of our environment, we kindly ask you to separate and recycle your waste
• Cots and additional beds for infants are available upon request, free of charge
• High chairs and cutlery for children are also available upon request, free of charge
• We would like our guests to have a restful and healthy night’s sleep, which is why our free Wi-Fi is available in all flats from 6.00 in the morning until midnight
• 1x Towels change (up to 5 nights)
• 1x Vacuuming and mopping (up to 5 nights)
• 1x Bed sheets change (up to 10 nights)
• Apartment final cleaning is free of charge
• Extra Apartment Cleaning upon request (30,00€)
•We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the dining room - please do not leave Your dogs alone in the apartment, except during breakfast, THANK YOU!
